My name is Shantoria Laurent, and I am a Bay Area native with a passion for real estate and helping people find opportunities within the communities I know and love. I am a Business student concentrating in Real Estate at Menlo College and hold an active California Real Estate License.

My background in property management, affordable housing, and land acquisition has given me a well-rounded understanding of the real estate industry. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in communication, relationship-building, negotiation, market research, and understanding clients' unique needs.

As a real estate professional, my goal is to provide a personalized and trustworthy experience while helping buyers and sellers confidently navigate the real estate process. Growing up in the Bay Area has given me a strong connection to its diverse communities and an appreciation for what makes each area unique.

I look forward to continuing to grow in real estate sales, building lasting client relationships, and helping individuals and families achieve their real estate goals throughout the Bay Area.
